Kolejny raz rano "zostawiłam śniadanie w domu" - coś mam z żołądkiem, ale naparzyłam mięty - może w końcu minie.
Od jutra otrzymałam dodatkowe zadanie... kto mnie zna, wie, że to przerasta mnie totalnie...Mam gotować dla robotników pracujących przy budowie salonów. Żeby mieli siłę ale żeby za drogo to nie wyniosło... Z ekwadorskich produktów (kiedyś Wam pokażę fotki). PROSZĘ O MODLITWĘ by się udało zastosować przepisy jakie mi dała Pani Maria,!!!
I jeszcze - ukazało się kilka słow o mnie na stronie Vicariatu Apostolskiego gdzie pracuję...

Today I was responsable for the sining during the Holy Misa at 7.00 a.m. at "finca" (the name of farm here)/ From this place started the pilgrimage with the statue of Our Lady of Cisne. We were walking to the small chapel in Guayzimi, where she has her place. At the end there was the Holy Misa in the playing field. It was quite a lot of people. And the weather was so beatiful - unlikly here - and now I'm red :-).
Again "I left my breakfast in home" - I have something with my stomach, but I prepared some mint for drinking - maybe it will pass at least.
From tomorrow I have "Mission Imposible" - who knows me understands - this is totaly increible challenge for me - I have to cook for workers who work under the construction of room for the catechesis. Strong food but also not so expensive....From procuts from Ecuador whoch are new for me (one day I will show you some vegetables from here). I ASK FOR YOUR PRAYER that I could do it with the recipes I have recived from Lady Maria!!!
And one more thing - there is something about me in website of the Apostolic Vicariate of Zamora where I work. You have to go down till 5 agosto
