NOWENNA / Novena

Jest tu zwyczaj, że przed świętem patronalnym danej kaplicy lub kościoła jest 9 dni modlitw. Rano jest "Rosario de la aurora"  - "Różaniec jutrzenki" (6.30). Idzie się uliczkami danego Baria (dzielnicy), czasem towarzyszy radiowóz - policja zabezpiecza drogę. Tylko kilka osób przychodzi - ale jak tradycja to tradycja :-).
Wieczorem jest znów różaniec i później Msza św. Tematy na każdy dzień i czytania są przygotowane przez diecezję - w tym roku były to uczynki miłosierdzia. Na czas nowenny i święta dany kościół lub kaplica miała "Drzwi Miłosierdzia" z możliwością zyskania odpustu.
Przygotowałam takie drzwi w kaplicy Matki Bożej Fatimskiej, gdzie wcześniej mieszkałam z siostrami.
Moim zadaniem w czasie nowenny było grać na gitarze i śpiewać pieśni i psalm (po hiszpańsku :-) ale polskie melodie dadzą się dopasować). W święto patronalne procesja i Msza św. była po południu ulicami dzielnicy, z policją. Na wsiach na święto patronalne "gauchos" ubierają swoje stroje tradycyjne i jadą na koniach (byłam na dwóch takich procesjach), wiec ja na święto Matki Bożej Fatimskiej ubrałam się w strój jaki przywiozłam z Polski.
Przy kaplicy Matki Bożej Fatimskiej w parafii Schoenstatt pomaga grupa kobiet - taka rada kapliczna - ile pracy włożyły w te przygotowania! Podziwiam! Tylko... to już osoby starsze - oby znalazł się ktoś, kto ich zastąpi...

There is a custom that before the patronal feast of the chapel or the church there is nine days of prayers. In the morning is the "Rosario de la aurora" - "The Rosary of the dawn" (6.30). The procession of the streets of the "Bario" (district), sometimes accompanied by a police car - Police protects the road. Only a few people are coming - but tradition is tradition :-).
In the evening there is again a rosary and a later Misa. The topics for each day and the reading are prepared by the diocese - this year they were about the works of mercy. At the time of the novena and feast the church or chapel was the "Door of Mercy" with the possibility of gaining an indulgence.
I made such a door in the chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, where he had lived with the sisters.
My job during the novena was to play the guitar and sing songs and psalm (in Spanish :-) but Polish melodies was possible to match). The patronal feast procession and Misa was in the afternoon through the streets of the district police. In the villages on the patronal feast the "gauchos" wear their traditional clothes and are riding horses (I was on two such processions), so I was on the feast of Our Lady of Fatima dressed in a costume which I brought from Poland.
At the chapel of Our Lady of Fatima, in the parish in Schoenstatt helping a group of women - the council of chapel - how much work they put into the preparation of these days! I admire! But... they are older people - may find someone who will replace them ..
