NOWY MOTOR / The new engine

Jak pewnie pamiętacie, w czasie jednej z wypraw silnik odpadł od łodzi i wpadł do głębokiej wody. Podróżujemy do wiosek po trzech rzekach  - Rio Negro, Rio Blanco i po tej do wioski Chumpiz (nie wiem na razie jak się nazywa) i ta jest najniebezpieczniejsza, z silnym prądem. Polscy Ojcowie Franciszkanie (bernardyni) z Prowincji Niepokalanego Poczęcia NMP ufundowali nowy motor, moja parafia św. Barbary w Golcowej - duszpasterze wraz z parafianami - też się dołożyli. Motor kosztował ponad 900 $. Życie tu jest bardzo drogie, dlatego tu tyle biedy...
Mieszkańcy wioski byli bardzo wdzięczni i obiecali modlitwę za ofiarodawców. O.Tymon pobłogosławił motor i po kilkugodzinnej wędrówce po ziemi przez las (selva) ruszyliśmy do po wodzie łodzią do wioski...

As you recall, during one of the expeditions the engine fell off the boat and fell into the deep water. Polish Franciscan fathers (Bernardine) from the Province of the Immaculate Conception Our Lady founded a new motor, my parish St. Barbara Golcowa - pastors and parishioners - also put their part. Motor cost over $ 900. Life here is very expensive, because of this there is so much poverty ...
The villagers were very grateful and promised to pray for donors. Fr.Tymon blessed the motor and after few hours walking on the grand through the forest we started our journey on the water by the boat.
